Residents of Northville Colony Estates enjoy numerous amenities.  Our location affords us walking/biking distance to Winchester Elementary and Meads Mill Middle schools which include access to school playgrounds, basketball courts, a running track, and ball fields.  In addition, our subdivision has a common park with a tennis court, basketball court, playground, and a covered pavilion with picnic tables and a fireplace.  All neighborhood amenities are maintained with lower yearly dues than many nearby Northville subdivisions.

 

The Northville Colony Estates HOA coordinates events throughout the year for it's residents, such as:  a Subdivision Garage Sale, a Summer Picnic, a Campout in the Park, a Christmas Party with Santa, and a Holiday Light Contest.
