Northville Colony Estates is located in the Township of Northville, Michigan. The subdivision was built in the early 1970's and includes 260 homes.
Residents of Northville Colony Estates enjoy numerous amenities. Our location affords us walking/biking distance to
Winchester Elementary and
Meads Mill Middle schools which include access to school playgrounds, basketball courts, a running track, and ball fields. In addition, our subdivision has a common park with a tennis court, basketball court, playground, and a covered pavilion with picnic tables and a fireplace. All neighborhood amenities are maintained with lower yearly dues than many nearby Northville subdivisions.
The Northville Colony Estates HOA coordinates events throughout the year for it's residents, such as: a Subdivision Garage Sale, a Summer Picnic, a Campout in the Park, a Christmas Party with Santa, and a Holiday Light Contest.
