Dear Fellow Residents,
Northville Colony Estates 1&2 Association fees for 2026 are now payable! Annual dues should be paid by Jan 15, 2026. These fees provide for services including: snow removal, maintenance of our commons area, sponsoring of special events for both children and adults.

If you are a member of the 1st and 2nd phases of Northville Colony Estates, this is your HOA website.  If you are a member of the 3rd, 4th, and 5th phases of Northville Colony Estates (mainly east of Winchester), your HOA website is www.nce345.org.

Monday, September 14th, 7:00 PM at Northville Colony Estates 1&2 Pavilion
Come join us for the annual HOA Meeting. The meeting will be held at the Northville Colony Estates 1&2 Pavilion. September 14th, 2026 @ 7pm. We hope to see you all there!
2026 Northville Road Rally
Friday, November 6th, 5:30pm - 8:00pm
START TIME: 5:30pm SHARP @ Winchester Elementary parking lot

END TIME: 8:00pm SHARP – with food / cash bar after @ Sports Den
 
Who: Residents of the Northville Colony, Northville Commons and Lakes of
Northville, and Whisperwood Homeowners’ Associations

When: Friday, November 6th (rain or shine)

Cost: $25 per person; No refunds will be given
 
How: Fill out Registration forms on subdivision websites and mail in by 10/26
 
Where: Starting point – Winchester Elementary parking lot
 
Ending point – Northville Sports Den
 
What: A road rally is a scavenger hunt using cars. This event is for adults only
(over 21 years of age). Pricing includes heavy appetizers at the ending point
(does not include beverages) and prizes for the top three teams. Team size can
range from 2-6 people, all of whom must legally fit into one vehicle and must
include at least two residents of participating subdivisions. All participants are
required to sign a waiver.
 
Registration and payment deadline is October 26, 2026.

At least one smart phone is required in each car for solving clues and
communication with the judges.
