A Huge thanks to Nancy Morris for promoting a fund raising effort  for the Northville Educational Foundation (NEF) during our NCE Subdivision Garage sale weekend, which was May 14-15!  Nancy, our Board Treasurer and another NCE Resident and Street Captain, Melanie Bugar, raised $150 in bake sale proceeds during the NCE Garage Sale.  Thank you to everyone who baked treats for the sale!  They had delicious baked goods donated for the event... including pies, muffins, breads, cookies, brownies, and rice krispy treats.  The $150 will be matched by an anonymous donor who has pledged a $1 million charitable gift to the NEF and has challenged the community to raise $1 million as well.  If you are interested in donating to the NEF, please download this NEF Flyer for more information.  And remember that if you do send in a donation, your employer may also have a matching gifts program to further donate to this worthy cause!
