A Note from your NCE President on Pellet Gun Use in Northville Colony Estates
Posted on Mar 23rd, 2010

With the arrival of Spring, we are all ready to get out of the house and enjoy our NCE Park/Pavilion. Your NCE Board wanted to update you on an item that has come to our attention.  We have received several complaints regarding the use of pellet guns at The Park/Pavilion.
Due to the safety concern of children either being accidentally hit with one of the pellets, or due to them picking these up and possibly eating/choking on them, we will be asking parents to help us enforce a "No Pellet Gun Use" rule in our Northville Colony Estates common park areas. We have spoken to the police as well, and they also agree that the use of pellet guns in public areas is a safety concern.
If you see pellet gun play in our common Park/Pavilion areas, please remind/alert those who are playing that we now have a new safety restriction. If you have any questions or challenges when enforcing this request, please contact your NCE Board.
Thanks so much!
