Annual Maintenance Charges - Past Due

Final notices will be mailed on March 31, 2012 to those residents who have not yet paid their dues. These notices also inform residents that liens will be placed on their homes if payment is not received promptly.
Residents who have not paid their dues will not be able to access “Residents Only” areas of the website and will not be able to reserve the pavilion.
If you have not already done so, please remit your 2012 annual association maintenance charges of $120.00 and completed Directory information to:Northville Colony Estates Association
