The 4th Quarter Newsletter is now available on the "Newsletters" page of our website. You should also have received a copy in the mail along with an NCE Bylaws Ballot. Thanks to our new Secretary, Melanie Bugar and our Treasurer, Nancy Morris for all of their committment and hard work in getting these out to you over Thanksgiving weekend.
